What this site is
kovastudio.be presents the services of Kova Studio: diagnostic work for Belgian service businesses, and the website, workflow or monitoring fixes that follow from it. The site is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and no contract exists until it is agreed in writing on both sides.
Kova Studio works business to business. Consumer protections that apply to sales to private individuals — the 14-day right of withdrawal in particular — do not apply to these services.
The concept builds
The five websites published under Examples — Meridian, Lintel, Home One, ORIS and NOK Dakwerken — are original concept work made by Kova Studio for its own portfolio. They are not client projects.
The businesses shown in them are invented. Names, addresses, prices, reviews and telephone numbers in those builds are illustrative and do not describe any real company. Each build carries a visible notice saying so on its own pages. Any resemblance to an existing business is coincidental and unintended — if you believe one of them resembles yours closely enough to cause confusion, write to us and we will change it.
Copyright in the design and code of those builds, and of this site, belongs to Kova Studio. Fonts, libraries and other third-party components remain under their own licences.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every statement on it is complete or free of error at every moment. Figures presented as illustrative — the running cost meter on the homepage, and the sector averages beside it — are exactly that: illustrative, and labelled as such on the page. They describe a typical pattern, not your business. Your numbers come out of the diagnostic call.

Applicable law
These terms and any dispute arising from this site or from work carried out by Kova Studio are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district in which Kova Studio has its registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rule that says otherwise.
